Martial Arts is a personal journey. We have a safe , fun and friendly studio environment with trained full time instructors. We teach all ages from 4 and up. Classes are hour long in length. Personal training sessions are 1/2 hour long. We NEVER do contracts. We offer Womens self defense classes, weapons training , traditional Shaolin Kempo style. Learn to focus, create goals, get fit, and to have fun!
