Our philosophy is to achieve large goals by breaking them up into smaller goals which can be achieved one at a time. Example: Ultimate goal - to achieve a Blackbelt! We separate the Blackbelt into smaller goals - each rank that a student must go through prior to Blackbelt. A student learns to reach each of these goals one at a time by focusing only on the present goal and moving along at one's own pace. It is your discipline, your inner strength and your will that carries you through each and every rank. You can train with us just for the Self Defense, Fitness and Fun or go for a Blackbelt Certification and beyond. We also offer Breaking, Weapons, Competition and more for those that are interested.
