John Driscoll has been in, on and around boats since childhood. His grandfather was Commodore of the San Diego Yacht Club and founding partner of Gray, Cary, Ames and Driscoll in 1927 where he specialized in Admiralty law. His father founded Driscoll Custom Boats and was a leader in the America's Cup campaigns in the 1970s. John founded Driscoll Yachts, established his presence as a broker, and raced sailboats all over the world in everything from a Sabots to Maxis.

Founder of Athena's Upholstery, Athena has over 20 years of professional design experience. Having worked with world renowned yacht architects, and designers on some of the worlds famous yachts along with local shipyards and the private boating community as well as local custom home builders. Athena's creativity has been a driving force in her work and the end result has created a long list of satisfied clients.
