My regular customers appreciate the fact that a master plumber, & owner of the company is on each job, & performing the plumbing work,personally,to insure that no shortcuts are taken. I take pride in my work, & after 32 yrs. of doing it every day, I am blessed to still enjoy my work,& I especially enjoy talking to my customers, & meeting new people quite often. One of my favorite parts of meeting new customers is that I'm most often coming in to a situation where other plumbers have been there before me, & have been unsuccessful,& the customer is at wits end. I really enjoy being able to diagnose & repair there trouble quickly & accurately,with no mess,no fuss. I also gain a loyal customer virtually every time.
