Over 30 years experience in septic service and installation. MDE has new regulations going into effect 1/1/13. The new regulation is requiring BAT on all new septic systems installed in most of Maryland. MDE is also requiring all installers and service providers to be certified with MDE. Harrison Contracting meets these requirements. We are certified to install NORWECO, Advantex, Hoot, Bionest, and Bord Na Mona, and will be looking to add more to our list. We are currently certified to provide Operation and Maintenance to NORWECO and are actively seeking certification on other brands.
