Bay Breeze Heating and Cooling, Inc. started over 12 years ago. The business was started January 2001 with an experience in service, sales and installation of heating and cooling systems. I decided to get into business because we saw a lack of customer service being offered to homeowner's. I have dedicated my mission to bring back customer service. I have found that customer service is under appreciated and used lightly as a term. Dedication does not mean a thing unless you stand behind what you say you will do. In the last 10 years we have constantly improved our customer service and are going to continue to improve and strive to reach 100% customer satisfaction. We are not just looking for customers but clients for life.
