I have suffered from chronic back problems most of my life. Good fortune found me a job in Physical Therapy that taught me that, for most people, chronic back and neck pain doesn't have to change your life completely. I enjoy helping people find solutions to their own back and neck issues. So many of the problems are perpetuated by misinformation and miscommunication that I have long thought what was needed was an information central for back issues and questions. Even with my experience, I don't claim to be an expert but I have helped a lot of people over the years. I thought if I could just put all that information where it could help the most people, anyone could learn from my mistakes and successes.
