We also have a landscape company Greener Image that generates lots of leaves and grass clippings. We compost this with blood meal for added nitrogen and then screen the material to produce our bedding that we raise our worms in. The worms are also fed a grain mix to keep them healthy and fat. The worms are raised in a controlled environment and produce a consistant, granular casting (worm poop) that we sell as organic fertilizer. The castings are double screened to eliminate any worms or leftover bedding material so you receive 99% pure castings.
