Our pH Easy Control System consists of a bolus that is positioned in the cow's reticulum to continuously record pH and temperature, transmit the data via a device directly to a PC, and software that is installed on the customer's computer to process the measurement results. The software makes it easy to monitor the status of individual cows, take action to improve herd management, and optimize dairy productivity and animal health. The product has been used extensively in feed trials to provide new and important insights on the effect of ration composition on pH and temperature in the rumen of dairy cattle and the immediate impact on feed efficiency, milk production, as well as deficiencies and changes in herd management.
