When you hire Magic City Pet Care for pet sitting or training services we will keep you updated every step of the way. For traditional pet sitting services, you will receive a notification and GPS confirmation when we arrive at your house – this will confirm that we are indeed at your property. You will also be able to keep an eye on your pet throughout the course of the appointment, even following our path if your dog is getting a walk. Each visit will also include photographs and notes about the visit that you can access using our mobile app. We also perform a thorough snout-to-tail assessment on your pet at the start of every visit (or once a day for multi-day reservations). This assessment allows us to make sure that your pet is healthy and free from bumps, pain, rashes, etc. The areas we cover include: snout, muzzle, gums and teeth, eyes, skull, ears, neck and spine, chest and ribs, legs and paws, abdomen, tail, skin and coat. Before your first appointment we gather important information about your pet including his medical history, vet contact information, and any special medical or behavioral needs.
