GHARR, Inc is a "No-Kill" (501c3 Non-Profit) animal shelter that offers a place to large and small domestic animals that have been removed from abusive or neglectful situations, or that are otherwise unwanted and at risk of being euthanized. Over the years we have worked with abused, ill, injured, neglected and unwanted animals. We assist Law Enforcement personnel and provide housing, nursing and rehabilitation services for these animals. We heal physical and emotional trauma, so that each animal can trust people again and socialize normally with other animals. Any animal that cannot be placed in a permanent adoptive home will live out their remaining years in retirement at the shelter.
