At Earth First Native Plant Nursery, the mission is to preserve local ecosystems. Propagating regional native plants and making them available to gardeners at affordable prices for use in home landscapes helps to preserve native populations by eliminating the need for poaching, replacing populations lost to development, and provides native alternatives to invasive species that threaten native species. The nursery is a small retail nursery catering to home gardeners and is primarily mail order, but local pick up is highly encouraged. Plants are 4 inch pots. Consultations are available for site condition assessment, existing species identification, planning wildlife gardens, rain gardens, xeriscapes and bog gardens. All plants are grown without chemicle pesticides or fertilizers
