Owner Dylan Knight grew up at Smiling Hill Farm in Westbrook, Maine and has been mowing lawns there since age 11. He bought his first mower in April 2006 and began to mow lawns for town residents and founded KPS. Successful in business for over three full years, Knight Property Services has grown into a full service landscaping and snow plowing company.
