Jacob Kamolz, after taking a great interest in landscaping from his grandfather, attended Tulsa Community College and received his Certificate of Horticulture. While in Tulsa, he worked for two nurseries and for a landscape company. Upon graduating, he moved back home to Woodward when he started his own landscape company he called "Sunflower Landscape Design."
