Clear Vision Designs is a new Landscape Architectural Design firm founded by Ray Lapino, Jr., a licensed Landscape Architect in the State of North Carolina. Ray is a graduate of Louisana State University with over 30 years of experience. Through the years I have worked on a wide variety of urban revitalization, commercial and residential projects where I provided design and construction administration services on highly visible sites. My technical experience includes preparation of construction drawings, project specifications, and construction administration.
