ELK Property Services started in 2004. It is a Limited Liability Company with a husband and wife ownership team dedicated to the attention to details and service value. The idea for the company was an extension of many years experience in the management of apartments, assisted livings, and nursing homes. The idea was to provide a full line service company that would partner with commercial property owners and residential homeowners to achieve the best possible appearance and functionality of the property. Previous management experience has afforded us the opportunity to look at the services we provide from the owners point of view. We understand work has to be done right by professional, courteous staff in an affordable manner.
