P.C.U. Enterprises Lawn & Grounds Maintenance was Established in April of 1984. We started out nearly 34 Years Ago as a Handyman Service by the name of "Introducing The Handyman". Richard remembers trading nearly everything he had at the time, (to include household furnishings and his car for a 1972 Chevy short box half ton 4X4 pickup with a plow! The Handyman business gradually evolved to grass cutting and lawn care related services and thus the name was Changed to "Property Care Unlimited". While Richard still offered handyman services the business was evolving into a new and exciting direction. The business eventually morphed into primarily Lawn & Landscape services adding related services over time. We changed our name for the final time in the late 80's / early 90's. to P.C.U. Enterprises Lawn & Grounds Maintenance. While the logo has gone through numerous changes and revisions since then the name remains the same. While we still take on an occasional handyman job from some of our established customers, the focus remains with "Lawn & Grounds Maintenance". If you are looking for the low ball price we may not be a good fit.
