Today workforce industries is missing this key ingredient, PRIDE. People no longer take a pride in their work. They have a job, show up to work to do that job, refuse to do any other work cause they were not hired for that. And are very rude when they face clients, Taking pride in my work is what pushed me thru some tough spots. We give more than we receive, walk a few more steps in any direction, Start early and go home late. But in the end our clients are happy, satisfied and willing to pass my name on.
