Xtier Inc. Design & Build Landscape is an employee owned partnership. We develop plans and help our clients budget their projects either in a single phase component or break up the work over several well developed phases that will allow them to spread the costs of improvements over several years. Our philosophy is to provide a service that allows the home or business owner be a part of their project every step of the way. We also make it our policy to have one of the three owners on site at all times so our clients can deal directly with someone who is personally vested in the project's success. We are a very mobile company. We service a large area in southern Michigan with great efficiency. Our working season is normally Mid-March until the end of November (weather permitting)
