Sweet Vine Winery is an urban winery concept with an edge that offers a full range of its own wines as well as many commercial wines for sale. The edge comes from the weekly wine tastings, an extensive art gallery, and Mean Aunt Jenny's homemade baked goods and preserves. Catering, wine pairing/tasting parties and cooking classes are also available. Located in Denver, North Carolina within a stone's throw of beautiful Lake Norman, Sweet Vine Winery is on the eastern side of Lincoln County between the Yadkin Valley and the Central Piedmont regions.
