This totally remodeled 10,400 sq.ft. facility easily meets the ever increasing issue of food safety as wild game is processed in a 2400 sq. ft. refrigerated cutting room with an additional 2000 sq.ft. freezer room. Stephens Processing offers processing of all wild game: whitetail, mule, axis, elk, sika, wild hogs, and buffalo. Specialties include regular, jalapeno and cheese, and German style summer sausage along with Cajun style or peppered jerkys, fajitas, and tamales.
