We specialize in Cheese/Dairy, Chocolate/Confectionery, Sweeteners, IQF Frozen and Dried Fruits and Vegetables. Our core business is working with large food manufacturers on their distressed ingredient inventories. Often times when they discontinue a product line or reformulate a recipe, there are ingredients left over they can no longer use. We help them find new homes for those ingredients. We have a facility in Jonesburg, MO where we can process and package store these ingreients to fit our customers needs.
