White Grape Juice Concentrate is prepared from good quality grapes consisting of mainly Thompson Seedless Grapes. The grapes are crushed, pressed, depectinized, filtered through a sterile 0.10 micron ultra filter unit, and then concentrated through an evaporator. This ingredient contains no additives or preservatives of any kind. This grape juice does not have sulfites added directly or indirectly. Concentrate is used as a Sweetener substitute by those who manufacture carbonated soft drinks, juice drinks, jellies, bakery goods, dried fruits, yogurts, ice cream and many other products.
