Most of our coffee is Organic certified, and many are Fair Trade. We often support small community lot or microlot farms to bring you rare and interesting coffees you won't find anywhere else. From hosting coffee tastings at our roastery, to formal brew-method trainings for our wholesale customers, we are dedicated to sharing our knowledge and are always striving to learn more.
