We educate customers and culinary professionals about our products, focusing on the authenticity and health values of real olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Businesses where we have conducted tastings and informational events are: Cambridge School of Culinary Arts, Johnson & Wales, Whole Foods Markets, various Gourmet Markets and venues in the New England and metro New York areas, and farmers' markets located throughout the greater Boston and Cape Cod areas. We give customers a 'virtual tour of Italy', where we share stories of our travels, our producers, and the wonders of Italian life.
