We are open for the public to buy extremely fresh and locally processed seafood at our small store front location on 12th Street in Sarasota, Florida. Our fresh seafood varies because it is caught fresh, but is always the freshest in Sarasota. It gets delivered in the early morning on refrigerated trucks, taken directly into our cold storage facility, inspected and processed inside the cooler at 33 degrees, packaged in the cooler and delivered on refrigerated vehicles. We are the only fresh seafood processor in Sarasota, FL. We focus on pristine Quality, great Chef service and excellent Value in our partner chefs. Constant focus on improvement in all aspects of our business is how we have achieved success and our delight in serving our customer clients. We have a HACCP certified staff.
