Our business in 1976 was primarily like most Chesapeake Seafood businesses; we shucked oysters, shed soft shell crabs, and hand picked blue crabs. Today we still perform all of these processes to a very high standard and Shores & Ruark Seafood, Inc is also active in renewing and restoring one of the Chesapeake Bay's prized g...ift, the Chesapeake Bay Oyster.
