Michelle's Gourmet Hot Sauce was developed by Chef Michelle A. Osteria. In the summer of 2010 Chef Osteria established Gourmet Enterprises, LLC - locally owned and operated in Maryland - Chef Osteria's desire to produce a quality product came about through the positive response of her hot sauce creation. "The hot sauce was a hit! I never expected it to be so well received. My desire to bottle it came about because so many people who tried it told me go for it." The hot sauce is a unique blend of peppers and spices that adds a wonderful twist to any dish. With over 20 years of food service experience Chef Osteria brings her passion to anything she creates. The sauce is a wonderful compliment to any meat or vegetarian dish, also adds flavor to sandwiches, soups or as a dip for chips.
