About Us Jan Gore has been making and serving this amazing all-purpose epicurean delight for over 20 years. In the restaurant, we use the sauce as a compliment to all of our menu items including a dressing for our signature salads, wraps and sandwiches. It's strictly in the taste! The people who are experts in all areas of The Gourmet Food Industry have said that they have not seen a "White Hot Sauce" that is both infused with tantalizing flavor and is indeed HOT, but not intrusive. It may indeed be the only "White Hot Sauce", I have no idea. It may even be a phenomenon, I don't know. What I know for sure, people who traditionally, don't eat hot stuff, find themselves coming back for more. The Caribbean Smoke House LLC has selected National Food and Beverage as the Co-Packager and Manufacturer of "Ms. Jan's Creamy White Hot Sauce". For several years we have made, bottled and served the sauce in our restaurant and as a compliment to many of the dishes that we have served over the years at the State Fair of Texas and Texas Caribbean Food. With so many requests for "the sauce", we decided to self-bottle "Ms. Jan's Creamy White Hot Sauce". This proved to be an arduous task and it became all most impossible to continue this manual process, while trying to keep the restaurant going. We decided it was time to "Share the Experience"! Over the next 2 years we looked at several co-packagers and tasted many different renditions of the sauce. None came close to the flavor and texture of the sample I gave them to re-create the sauce. NFB produced a matching sample of the sauce I presented to them and allowed me to work with their exceptional team to create a product that can be presented to the emerging Gourmet Food Market.
