Custom Co-Pak, one of the largest tea packaging companies on the East Coast, was established in 1996 in a small 12,000 square foot facility in Philadelphia. In 2001, the company moved to a 60,000 square foot facility a short distance away where it is located today. The company has a large variety of tea-bagging machines and equipment to handle virtually all tea and tea bagging projects. This family-owned business is managed by partners Len Szyper Sr., Len Szyper Jr. and Mike Medvidik. Len Sr., the managing partner and founder, has over 45 years of experience in the tea and coffee industries. He has built the company from the ground up with an emphasis on quality and innovation. Len Jr. and Mike manage day to day operations and administration.
