We source vanilla beans in a sustainable manor directly from smallholder farmers cooperatives in remote areas of the country. Our vanilla beans are cultivated and sun-cured without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers. Our hand-selected vanilla beans are used to produce Lafaza vanilla extracts and pure ground vanilla powder. Our facilities are based in Mananara and Tamatave, Madagascar and Oakland, California.
