The Barbecue Company prides itself on serving the best barbecue on the West Coast. Our barbecued meats are authentically smoked on-site in smokers manufactured in the USA. We cover all regions of our country serving everything from Texas-style brisket to Memphis-style babyback ribs. Our barbecue sauces are made fresh at the restaurant .
