O’Brien’s Public House is a new, unique Irish experience located in Historic downtown Shakopee. The authentically decorated pub is a mix of local structural antiques as well as touches from the old country. For instance, our bar back is over 150 years old and came out of an Irish Pub in Boston, our bar front came out of another pub in Boston and we have a bank of 150 year old stained glass windows that came from an ‘island’ pub across the ‘Pond’. Irish Pubs are a place where you feel comfortable coming in alone for a couple of pints and something to eat or meeting colleagues for a more formal setting, either way you feel comfortable and welcome. So, whether you’re in the mood for scratch made Shepherd’s pie or want to enjoy a dram of whiskey, the staff at the ‘PH’ is here to make you feel like you’re right in the heart of the Old Country (no passport necessary).
