Housed in an 1870 tailors building in the heart of New Paltz, NY, Runa Bistro is the only French restaurant in the village. Although we have only recently opened, we bring over two decades of experience in the food and hospitality industries to the table, along with our love for classic French food. We are proud of the stuff we're made of here in the Hudson Valley, which is why it is of course only natural that we source our meat and produce from local hometown businesses, adding an element of quality to every plate we serve.
