It is typically accompanied by curtido (a spicy cabbage slaw), and tomato salsa. On Saturday we offer delicious Garnachas which are tortillas, topped with meat, marinated cabbage, salsa and grated cheese. Weekends Only! We serve delicious Menudo, or pancita is a traditional Mexican soup, made with beef stomach (tripe) in broth with a red chili pepper base. Hominy, lime, onions, and oregano are used to season the broth. On Saturdays we offer Karaoke starting at 9 pm. In a hurry?
