The Mission of La Dolce Vita Organic Juice Bar is to provide high quality juices and smoothies. We believe in using only locally sustainably farmed organic fruits and vegetables. The types of juices and smoothies we make will be dependent on what kinds of fruits and vegetables are in season. We want to help support our local farmers and help lower our ecological foot print. Most of the fruits and vegetables we buy will come from the local farmers market out at the civic center. A few Items we use will not be locally farmed such as banana's. As a company we will make it a practice to do whatever we can to lower our energy consumption. This would include buying Energy Star appliances. All of our food waste will be available to people for free. Anything left over will be composted at
