Backdoor Brick Oven in Bowling Green, MO, is a new pizza restaurant serving Hannibal, Troy, and Ralls counties. Backdoor was created by the owners to pair with the adjacent family-owned business, Two Scoops. We found a brick oven with a rotating stone that has the capability of cooking four to five pizzas at a time and their business concept was solidified around it.
