Melrose Grill offers an alternative to downtown dining using high quality ingredients, first class service, and a relaxing neighborhood feel. Our hero product is our Nebraska, corn-fed, 28 day aged beef. After many taste tests we have found this product to rival all others in flavor, tenderness, and consistency. From there we add in-house cooking practices so rare in restaurants today and easily noticed in each of our recipes. We also pride ourselves on our fresh seafood specials.
