About 5 years ago, I started looking for a creative outlet, so I started taking cake decorating classes. That was it for me! I've always loved to bake and cook, and now decorate! After completing the classes, I started teaching the skills to others. This went along well with my "day" job as a teacher. Then came the suggestions to move further along this path to do what I started doing for family and friends and take it to the next level...Bites, Sweets, 'N Treats. In order to do this, I needed a "partner in crime". I figured, who better than my niece, Lisa, who also enjoys baking and cooking? So, here we are, and the rest is history, as they say.
