Chef Victoria brings with her years of experience having completed her formal Culinary Arts Studies at The International Culinary School at Art Institutes and working for seven years as the Chef of her own Catering Company. She's chosen to follow her love of the classic cuisines of both the French and Italian Culinary arts, but then has taken them in a subtle direction in their adaptation by melding the flavors and spirit of traditional Middle Eastern process and family style methods.  Her true desire was to get back to this style of preparation and make it available by bringing it direct to families all through Orange County and more specifically the Greater Mission Viejo & Laguna Niguel areas by now focusing her services as a personal chef.
