Chef Pacheco attended the Culinary School of the Rockies in 2011 and started All About Catering the same year. The Company has quickly become a success and has been instrumental in planning extraordinary events and providing incredible food for all occasions to it's many clients. Chef Pacheco personally oversees the day to day operation of this thriving company and he makes sure that each individual is completely satisfied with this service. All About Catering is a chef owned and operated company, I have lived here for 40 years and I know the people and the area. I started this company because of my passion for food and for making people happy through food. I also decided to start this company because I became tired of other catering companies not living up to what was promised or being put off during the "busy season".
