Jessica has a passion for making simple, great food. She received her culinary degree from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University. She also holds a Business Management & Technology degree from Clarkson University where she played Division I Women's Hockey. She learned to cook from her mother Lynn at a very young age; enjoying cooking different regional cuisines while moving around North America and traveling often. She is a Certified Culinarian, a member of the American Culinary Federation and a Certified Food Safety Manager. When she's not cooking you can find her tending to her vegetable garden and perusing local farmer's markets.
