Jessica has a passion for making simple, great food. She received her culinary degree from the prestigious Johnson & Wales University. She also holds a Business Management & Technology degree from Clarkson University where she played Division I Women's Hockey. She learned to cook from her mother Lynn at a very young age; enjoying cooking different regional cuisines while moving around North America and traveling often. She is a Certified Culinarian, a member of the American Culinary Federation and a Certified Food Safety Manager. When she's not cooking you can find her tending to her vegetable garden and perusing local farmer's markets. Her goal is to connect on an individual level with clients in order to meet their changing dietary needs; to help you become a healthier individual with n
