In the 1950's, the building was owned and operated by guitar expert, Leo Fender. It was his first service station. The front portion of building was later established into a bar called T&T Tavern in the 1980's. By the early 1990's, the bar was turned into Jimmi's Bar & Grill. The current owner, James Bak, bought the bar in 1999. Over the past 13 years year, Jimmi's Bar & Grill has become a household bar in Fullerton.
