Dr. Soffen received his Bachelor of Arts degree in biology, graduating Phi Beta Kappa, from Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, before obtaining his medical degree and his selection to Alpha Omega Alpha Society from Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia. Dr. Lee obtained his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry with highest distinction from the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, VA, before attending the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, where he completed his doctoral thesis in cancer stem cell biology and was awarded combined MD and PhD degrees through the Medical Scientist Training Program. He has received several international travel awards to present his work at meetings of the International Society for Stem Cell Research. He then completed a residency in radiation oncology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI, where he was named Chief Resident.

Neesha A. Rodrigues, MD Radiation Oncology Dr. Rodrigues graduated magna cum laude from Harvard University, Cambridge, MA, and received her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine, New Haven, CT. She completed her residency in radiation oncology at the Harvard Radiation Oncology Program. Dr. Rodrigues has received numerous honors and awards including the John Harvard Scholarship for academic achievement of the highest distinction and the Janet M. Glasgow Memorial Achievement award given to outstanding women in medicine. She has authored numerous publications in radiation oncology and has a clinical interest in breast cancer. She also has significant proton therapy experience from Massachusetts General Hospital, Boston.
