Dr. Sprandio Jr. joined CMOH in 2014. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Dr. Sprandio Jr. is a proud graduate of LaSalle University and Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Pennsylvania Hospital and his fellowship at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. Dr. Sprandio Jr. enjoys developing relationships with his patients to help them achieve their healthcare goals. He believes healthcare is a team effort between the patient, physician, nurses, and the entire supporting staff. He strongly believes that these personal relationships are the key to proper communication and understanding when coordinating care for a patient.

Before coming to the United States, Dr. Mikhail trained and practiced medicine in the United Kingdom, where he was a board certified hematologist and hematopathologist.He joined CMOH in 1998, and has taken an active role in developing the practice. Dr. Mikhail is committed to high quality care in the community setting and also to maintaining open communications with his patients and their families. ?
