Evan Walgama, MD is a board-certified Otolaryngologist - Head & Neck / ENT Surgeon at the Pacific Eye, Ear & Skull Base Center at Pacific Neuroscience Institute, Santa Monica. His particular area of expertise is in the treatment of patients with benign and malignant tumors of the head and neck. Dr. Walgama is a dual-fellowship trained surgeon. He completed his Sinus and Skull Base fellowship at Stanford, followed by a Head and Neck Surgical Oncology fellowship at MD Anderson. He brings together both skillsets to treat challenging cancers of the ear, nose and throat, with a priority focus on preservation of quality of life for patients and their families.

Dr. Daniel Lee is a neurointerventional surgeon who sees patients at Providence Hospitals St. Joseph's Burbank & Holy Cross Mission Hills, as part of the Pacific Stroke & Neurovascular Center at PNI. Dr. Lee has more than a decade of experience treating complex vascular disorders of the brain, head and neck, and spine, including acute stroke, brain aneurysms, intracranial stenosis, and vascular malformations.

Garni Barkhoudarian, MD, FAANS, is a board-certified, fellowship-trained neurosurgeon with a focus on minimally invasive neurosurgery. His expertise is in pituitary and parasellar tumors, brain tumors, skull base tumors, intra-ventricular brain tumors, colloid cysts, trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm & other vascular compression syndromes. He practices at Providence Hospitals Saint John's Health Center Santa Monica, & Little Company of Mary Torrance, CA. For virtually all tumors & intracranial procedures, he applies the keyhole concept of minimizing collateral damage to the brain using advanced neuroimaging & neuro-navigation techniques along with endoscopy to improve targeting & lesion visualization. Dr. Barkhoudarian co-leads the Pacific Pituitary Disorders Center, & oversees the Clinical Neurosurgical Fellowship. He is Director of Pacific Adult Hydrocephalus Center, Pacific Facial Pain Center and the Microdissection Anatomy Laboratory. He is Chief of the Radiosurgery Program.
