CommuniCare+OLE is a network of federally qualified health centers serving Napa, Solano, and Yolo Counties. We provide high-quality, comprehensive care for individuals and families, including medical, dental, behavioral health and substance use treatment, nutrition services, optometry, pharmacy, care coordination, referrals, and enrollment assistance. We serve more than 70,000 patients each year and welcome everyone, regardless of insurance status, immigration status, or ability to pay. In addition to care at our health centers, we offer services through mobile health units, home visiting, and community- and school-based programs.
