A.Z. Tanner, was the first physician to practice full-time on Gentile Street in Layton, Utah around 1905. He felt there was a need for available healthcare for the citizens of Davis County. Years later, one of his children, Noall, who also went into medicine, joined with three other area physicians to form the first grouping of physicians and called it the Tanner Clinic. Today, Tanner Clinic is has been around for over 105 years and is Davis County's oldest operating medical centers in Utah. Tanner Clinic continues to provide affordable and quality healthcare while staying closely tied to the community by being involved in many local charities, school sponsored events, local businesses, and causes. We have three locations in: Kaysville, Layton, and Syracuse.
