Located just south of Dulles Int'l Airport on the east side of Sully Way, our urgent care clinic is conveniently open 7 days a week. We treat adults and children over 3 months of age for common illnesses and injuries and provide a range of other medical services such as physicals, drug tests, flu shots, stitches and X-rays. Walk-ins are always welcome, or you can use our convenient online check-in system.

All Patient First medical centers are open every day of the year from 8 am to 10 pm - including weekends and holidays.
