Dr. Timmons is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and board-eligible in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI). He completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB/GYN) at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. He then specialized in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (REI) during his fellowship at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. Dr. Timmons's commitment to his patients is evident in his emphasis on creating a supportive and empathetic environment. He believes that each patient's journey is unique, taking the time to understand their concerns and tailor treatments to their specific needs.

Vanessa N. Weitzman, M.D., is subspecialty certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, joined IVF Florida Reproductive Associates in October 2008 after completing her subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Connecticut Health Center, Center for Advanced Reproductive Sciences in Farmington, Connecticut. Dr. Weitzman received her medical degree from Boston University, School of Medicine and completed her internship and residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey.

Melinda Henne, M.D., joined IVF FLORIDA in 2023. She is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Henne joins the IVF Florida team with private practice, academic, and military experience. Dr. Henne always knew medicine was her calling and became excited about caring for women with fertility struggles in high school as she watched her older brother and his wife struggle to conceive. She completed her undergraduate education at Georgetown University with a degree in Government Studies before joining the military to complete her medical education at the Medical University of South Carolina.

Steven J. Ory, M.D., is subspecialty certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility, has over 30 years' experience in the diagnosis and treatment of infertility, and has published over 170 abstracts, articles, and book chapters. After completing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota, and his fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina, he served as the Director of the Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Clinics at Northwestern University in Chicago, Illinois.

Laurice Bou Nemer, M.D., joined IVF Florida Reproductive Associates in December of 2018. She is board certified in both Obstetrics and Gynecology and Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility. Dr. Bou Nemer completed her subspecialty training in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility at the University of Texas Southwestern/Parkland Hospital in June 2018. In addition to presenting her research at the national level, Dr. Bou Nemer has been awarded multiple awards for her research and skills, including awards for Best Resident Research from the University of Miami Obstetric and Gynecology Alumni society and Outstanding Achievement in Resident Research at the ACOG District XII Meeting in 2014.
